Talent Acquisition Coordinator

A top media and entertainment company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive smooth, efficient hiring processes. From posting jobs and scheduling interviews to managing offers and onboarding. This role is key to delivering a great candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, confirmations, and logistics
  • Assist with applicant tracking system (Workday) maintenance and ensure data accuracy
  • Liaise between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and process flow
  • Draft and manage job postings across multiple platforms
  • Prepare recruitment reports and assist with ad-hoc talent acquisition projects
  • Help manage the offer process, including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members at all levels

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in media and entertainment is a plus
