Our Client, a company that builds and hosts websites, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help support The Talent Acquisition Operations team with their hiring goals. You will schedule a high volume of interviews for teams around the world, working with Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver a seamless experience to both candidates and hiring teams. They are looking for someone who loves organization and process and communicates well as the face of the company to candidates.

  • Schedule: Full-time hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office
  • Pay rate: Up to $30/hour depending on experience
  • Location: New York City
  • Assignment length: 3 Months with opportunity to go long term


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate a high volume of video, phone, and onsite interviews for a diverse set of candidates across multiple time zones
  • Champion data integrity through our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and interview scheduling tool (candidate.FYI)
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and other Talent Coordinators on managing recurring tasks and projects, e.g. interviewer calibration
  • Build relationships with teams across the company
  • Provide a positive and unique candidate experience from the first interview scheduled though offering a position
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with other tasks such as audit and compliance, documentation, etc.


Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Sociable and genuinely enjoy working with others
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Comfortable working with candidates and interviewers across all levels
