You will lead
end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition
while owning the
Employer Branding vision
for Froneri Egypt. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and external partners to attract the right talent—
not just fast, but right.
You'll also play a pivotal role in crafting the stories, experiences, and moments that help candidates fall in love with Froneri before they even walk through our doors.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
🔹 Lead Talent Acquisition End‑to‑End

Manage the full recruitment cycle.

Build strong, sustainable talent pipelines through
LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, universities, events, and local communities
.

Work hand‑in‑hand with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and future needs.

Design and run engaging, modern selection processes that highlight candidate strengths.

Oversee and guide the TA team through sourcing, screening, and follow-up.

Conduct hiring needs analysis & manage workforce planning sessions.

Deliver high-quality hires that match both skill and culture—
on time and within budget

🔹 Elevate the Candidate Experience

Ensure every applicant—hired or not—walks away with a positive, memorable impression.

Continuously assess pain points and redesign the experience to be smoother, warmer, and more human.

Conduct satisfaction surveys and turn insights into meaningful action.
🔹 Shape Our Employer Brand

Design and execute creative employer branding campaigns that amplify our EVP and culture.

Lead online & offline branding activities—from social media presence to on-ground events.

Represent Froneri at career fairs, HR summits, university activations, and branding engagements.

Encourage employees to become
brand ambassadors
and storytellers.

Boost engagement in internal referral programs to attract high-quality talent.
🔹 Bring Data to Life

Define and drive meaningful recruitment KPIs.

Present weekly data-driven insights to the Head of TA.

Use analytics to enhance sourcing effectiveness, hiring speed, and overall quality of hire.
🔹 Lead & Inspire

Mentor and coach members of the Talent Acquisition team.

Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation within the HR function.
What We’re Looking For
-
5–7 years of strong experience in Talent Acquisition (FMCG or fast-paced environments preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
CBI certification is a plus, but not a must.

Excellent understanding of the local labor market and modern sourcing channels.

Experience in employer branding and digital storytelling.

A confident communicator with a people-first mindset.
-
Strong analytical thinking and time-management skills.

A natural connector, networker, and culture advocate.
