Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, calling, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate hiring processes for clients and internal teams
• Maintain candidate databases and HR records
• Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
• Bring innovative solutions to streamline HR processes

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of HR experience
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
