  1. Key Responsibilities Assist with posting job advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.

  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings.

  3. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  4. Coordinate recruitment logistics and maintain up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  5. Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly throughout the hiring process.

  6. Support hiring events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities.

  7. Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases. Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

  8. Assist with reference checks and background verification as needed.

  9. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and HR department.
