Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments. You will play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Build strong professional relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-driven approach.
