About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn and job boards).
- Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule technical/departmental interviews.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Jazz HR - ATS).
- Ensure timely communication with candidates at every stage.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment drives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (tech or gaming industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
