Talent acquisition executive - IT and Non IT

Location - Chennai/Hybrid

Only experienced need

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Executing end-to-end recruitment process.

2. Maintaining a detailed record of the process.

3. Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.

4. Handling Technical Roles and recruiting suitable candidates for the same.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer related field. Post graduate in HR related field (preferred).

2.1+ year of working experience in the Technical Recruitment.

3. Excellent knowledge and understanding about Technical Recruitment.

4. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.

5. Ability to work in a critical environment and be responsible towards work.

6. Exceptional active listening skills.

7. Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.

8. Good conflict resolution abilities.

9. Ability to work as a part of a team.

10. Ability to manage time efficiently.

11. Strong work ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
