About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be providing administrative support, organizing candidate data, coordinating interviews, and assisting with new hire onboarding.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years plus experience in human resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Work effectively with HR colleagues and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
