We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with 2+ years of pure recruitment experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical and non-technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Post jobs on different hiring platforms and social media channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of pure recruitment/talent acquisition experience
- Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Good understanding of technical and non-technical hiring
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
