Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with 2+ years of pure recruitment experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical and non-technical positions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Post jobs on different hiring platforms and social media channels
  • Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of pure recruitment/talent acquisition experience
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
  • Good understanding of technical and non-technical hiring

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
