Talent Acquisition Executive — Houzon Real Estate (Dubai)

Houzon Real Estate is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to help us find and bring on the best brokers and agents in Dubai's real estate market.

What you'll do:

• Source experienced brokers and agents from across the Dubai market, including targeted outreach to competitor firms
• Run recruitment campaigns via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
• Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Represent Houzon's employer brand at events and on social media
• Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in our ATS
• Track and report on recruitment metrics

What you'll need:

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting (real estate/brokerage/sales hiring experience a strong plus)
• Confident cold-outreach and sourcing skills
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a bonus)
• Comfort with ATS tools and HR systems
• Familiarity with UAE labour law and RERA/DLD hiring practices

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
