Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic HR professional who is passionate about attracting top talent and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage job advertisements across various hiring platforms.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Prepare employment documents, contracts, and offer letters.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Update HR systems and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Assist in performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
