Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated HR & Recruitment Interns to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be to support our hiring initiatives by sourcing candidates, screening applications, assisting with interview coordination, and contributing to recruitment projects. This role is designed for students and recent graduates looking to build hands-on experience in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Review resumes, screen applications, and shortlist candidates.
• Assist with interview scheduling and communication.
• Maintain candidate databases and update tracking sheets.
• Support recruitment campaigns and initiatives across different projects.
• Collaborate with team members on live projects and hiring strategies.

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate (all disciplines welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, or people management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

• Fixed stipend of ₹5,000 per month + performance-based bonus.
