The Senior Associate – Recruiter Partnerships will play a critical role in driving student placements by building and managing strong recruiter relationships while ensuring flawless execution of placement processes.

Building and Strengthening Recruiter Relationships
Identify, develop, and win new recruiter partnerships while nurturing existing ones to maximize student placement opportunities.
Understand recruiter hiring needs and challenges to create tailored, value-added propositions.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and other senior stakeholders across industries.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and actively monitor hiring demand across sectors.

Managing Placement Operations
Oversee and optimize end-to-end placement processes, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and students.
Co-create efficient hiring workflows that enhance recruiter success rates.
Plan and communicate placement timelines with all stakeholders, ensuring adherence.
Intervene when required to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage recruitment drives effectively.
Expected Outcomes
Month 1:
Gain in-depth understanding of training programs and student profiles.
Shadow recruiter interactions and placement processes.
Build a structured tracker for recruiter needs and hiring cycles.
Month 2:
Begin independently engaging recruiters (CXOs/HR Heads).
Take ownership of specific placement processes with operational support.
Identify and initiate outreach to at least 5 new recruiter prospects.
Month 3+:
Consistently close recruiter partnerships and manage full-cycle placement processes.
Drive placements for an assigned set of students and companies.
Continuously optimize processes to enhance recruiter experience and reduce friction.

2+ years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales or Placement Management (experience is a proxy for capability, not a strict requirement).

Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with tools that support process automation.
