Job Summary
Axis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordination, and hiring operations. This internship is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience in recruitment and HR while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination

Post vacancies on job boards and recruitment platforms

Screen CVs based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial phone screening calls with candidates

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and systems on ZenATS
-
Assist in talent sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels

Support employer branding and hiring activities when needed

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements

Fresh graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English and Arabic

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or university activity in HR or recruitment is a plus

Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus

Basic understanding of ATS systems is an advantage
