Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing & Screening

    Support the team in sourcing candidates through job portals and internal databases

    Screen resumes based on defined criteria and shortlist suitable profiles

    Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic pre screening (where required)

  • Recruitment Coordination & Administration

    Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams

    Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases

    Support job postings across internal and external platforms

    Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process

  • Stakeholder Coordination

    Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements

    Support follow ups with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring decisions

    Gain exposure to stakeholder management in a corporate environment

  • Hiring Events & Open Days

    Assist in planning and execution of open days and mass hiring events

    Support candidate registration, coordination, and on ground logistics

    Help ensure a smooth and organized candidate experience

  • Exposure Across TA Functions

    Gain exposure to different Talent Acquisition functions, including:

    • RSC / Corporate Hiring supporting roles across head office functions

    • Store & Operations Hiring assisting in junior roles (e.g., technicians, store level hiring), including mass hiring and open days

    • Emiratization understanding local hiring priorities and how this approach differs from general recruitment

  • Projects & Continuous Improvement

    Support the team in drafting and structuring the Talent Acquisition global policy manual

    Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation

    Assist with ad hoc TA projects as required
