We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department on a temporary 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR administrative tasks, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and maintaining HR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and employee letters
- Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation
- Assist with attendance tracking and leave records
- Handle HR filing and document management
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and HR projects
- Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Must be available to join immediately
- Candidates on Visit Visa or Spouse Visa are preferred

- Experience with HR systems or HR documentation
- Good multitasking and time management abilities
Contract Details
- Duration: 3 Months (Temporary)
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
