We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department on a temporary 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR administrative tasks, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and employee letters
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation
  • Assist with attendance tracking and leave records
  • Handle HR filing and document management
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and HR projects
  • Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Must be available to join immediately
  • Candidates on Visit Visa or Spouse Visa are preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR systems or HR documentation
  • Good multitasking and time management abilities

Contract Details

  • Duration: 3 Months (Temporary)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
