Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Talent Acquisition Specialist in executing end-to-end recruitment activities across technical and administrative roles. This role provides hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting while developing foundational skills in talent acquisition, professional communication, and HR operations. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure a strong candidate experience, efficient recruitment processes, and well-organized hiring workflows. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist throughout the recruitment life cycle, including job postings, resume screening, shortlisting candidates, interview scheduling, candidate communication, updating ATS, onboarding, reference checks, etc.
- Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and university portals.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and global stakeholders across time zones.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS data, and candidate records.
Candidate Experience & Operations
- Ensure a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding preparation, including documentation, orientation materials, and coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare basic recruitment metrics and reports
Required Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Strongly Preferred Experience
- Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in HR, recruiting, or administration.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems is an asset.
