Talent Acquisition Intern

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Location: Dubai Investment Park 2
Duration: 2 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
• Screen resumes and support in shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates
• Support in job postings and employer branding activities
• Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation
• Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team
