Talent Acquisition Internship

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and hiring processes. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build strong experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate data and tracking sheets
• Support employer branding activities
• Assist the TA team with daily hiring tasks

Requirements:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of hiring/recruitment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals
• Eager to learn and grow in HR/Recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs10,000.00 per month
