Talent Acquisition Lead (Arabic Speaker)

We are partnering with a leading, global organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring strategy and delivery across the Middle East and North Africa region.

This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building strong, scalable recruitment functions across both onshore and offshore markets.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line into the Regional Head of HR (Dubai), you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies, while leading and mentoring a regional TA team.

You will play a critical role in shaping hiring strategy, improving processes, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent across key business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Tunisia
  • Manage and develop a small regional Talent Acquisition team
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Drive both onshore and offshore hiring strategies, ensuring efficiency and quality of hire
  • Implement best practices across sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, driving continuous improvement
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipelining across the region
  • Ensure alignment with global TA strategy while adapting to regional market nuances

Mandatory requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic and English speaker is a non-negotiable for this role
  • Must be experienced within technology and digital sector
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Preferably someone who has experience within start up companies
  • 8 years minimum in Talent Acquisition
  • Must have strong experience in leading a team
