Position Title: Talent Acquisition Lead - Arabic
Location: Doha
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment function. This role ensures the organization attracts, selects, and retains high-quality talent in line with business objectives, workforce planning, and approved budgets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within the approved budget and timeline.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct interviews and support hiring managers in final selection decisions.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and workforce planning.
- Experience in using ATS and recruitment systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
