Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The role also involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Senior HR Recruiter will handle employee onboarding and engage in employer branding activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and build relationships with potential candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience in employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
