Role Overview
We’re seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team. This role will be pivotal in scaling our fast-growing teams across Marketing, Product, Tech, Ops, and more. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, driving data-backed hiring strategies, improving candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers by providing talent market insights, sourcing strategies, and structured hiring plans.
- Drive intake discussions to align on role expectations, timelines, and interview panels.
- Share regular recruitment reports and pipeline health updates with key stakeholders.
- Use data to influence hiring decisions and optimize hiring funnels.
2. Candidate Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, engaging experience for candidates across the funnel.
- Build and nurture relationships with top talent through timely communication and feedback.
- Identify friction points in the candidate journey and lead process improvements.
3. Data-Driven Hiring
- Track and report hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel health, offer acceptance).
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards for visibility across hiring pipelines.
4. Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Own sourcing strategies across channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, agencies).
- Participate in shortlisting discussions and coordinate interviews with speed and efficiency.
- Ensure up-to-date and organized candidate records in ATS or spreadsheets.
5. Execution Excellence
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and keep hiring on track.
- Ensure consistency in job descriptions, scorecards, and evaluations across functions.
- Maintain strong employer branding in all external candidate touchpoints.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in startups, D2C, health-tech, retail, or consumer tech.
- Deep understanding of sourcing channels, assessment methods, and closing strategies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles with tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems, and spreadsheets.
- A mix of execution focus + strategic thinking + people intuition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
