Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for PCG roles (PCG RMs, Team Leaders, Product Specialists, etc.) across locations.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower needs, define job descriptions, and align hiring strategies with business growth plans.

Drive proactive sourcing strategies using professional networks, job portals, LinkedIn, and market mapping to attract high-quality candidates.

Own the candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.

Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche PCG positions.

Ensure hiring within defined timelines and budget, while adhering to compliance and organizational policies.

Leverage data-driven hiring dashboards and analytics to provide insights to leadership.

Collaborate with HRBP and L&D teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in financial services / private wealth hiring.

Proven track record of hiring for mid to senior-level roles in wealth management or banking.
