Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for PCG roles (PCG RMs, Team Leaders, Product Specialists, etc.) across locations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower needs, define job descriptions, and align hiring strategies with business growth plans.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies using professional networks, job portals, LinkedIn, and market mapping to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Own the candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche PCG positions.
  • Ensure hiring within defined timelines and budget, while adhering to compliance and organizational policies.
  • Leverage data-driven hiring dashboards and analytics to provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and L&D teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in financial services / private wealth hiring.
  • Proven track record of hiring for mid to senior-level roles in wealth management or banking.
