Talent Acquisition Manager – Food & Beverage Industry


Location: Corporate Office (Chembur)

Experience: 10+ years


Role Summary

Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and hire top talent for the F&B sector. Drive recruitment strategy, employer branding, and talent pipeline management to support organizational growth and culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B industry.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
  • Lead employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and industry networks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor recruitment team members to enhance performance and efficiency.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in talent acquisition within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and market trends in F&B.
