Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement overall recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Workforce planning in coordination with department heads
  • Create job descriptions and specifications for various roles
  • Manage recruitment budgets and hiring timelines

End-to-End Hiring

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and campus drives
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule technical and HR interviews with panel members
  • Manage offer negotiation, release of offer letters and onboarding process
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Build strong employer branding through social media & industry networks
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical positions
  • Conduct campus hiring drives and job fairs
  • Strengthen employee referral program

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with functional heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants and agencies
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels

Compliance & Process

  • Ensure recruitment policies and legal compliance
  • Maintain candidate records and documentation
  • Improve recruitment process efficiency and candidate experience

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience hiring for the manufacturing or engineering industry preferred
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn recruitment
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems and ATS preferred

Education & Experience

  • MBA / PG in HR or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience in the manufacturing / industrial / engineering sector preferred

  • Offer-to-joining ratio
  • Quality of hire
  • Retention within probation
  • Stakeholder satisfaction

Compensation

  • As per industry standards and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
