About the Role

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the entire recruitment function and serve as a strategic hiring partner to leadership.


You will be responsible for building robust talent pipelines, identifying and engaging top talent, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Beyond recruitment, you will also oversee key HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, employee documentation, and day-to-day people operations.


The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of what great talent looks like within an eCommerce or digital marketing agency environment.


Roles & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and job postings through offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple departments.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, communities, outbound sourcing, and other creative recruitment channels.
  • Conduct detailed screening interviews to assess technical capabilities, experience, cultural alignment, and growth potential.
  • Partner closely with department heads and leadership to understand hiring needs, team structures, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide hiring managers with regular updates regarding pipeline health, candidate progress, hiring challenges, and market insights.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent before positions become urgent.
  • Lead and continuously improve the candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
  • Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality of hiring.
  • Drive offer negotiations and candidate closing processes.
  • Ensure hiring timelines are met and critical positions are filled efficiently.
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices, talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
  • Create and optimize recruitment processes, scorecards, interview frameworks, and hiring workflows.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics including:
  • Time-to-Fill
  • Time-to-Hire
  • Offer Acceptance Rate
  • Source Effectiveness
  • Hiring Funnel Conversion Rates

Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Own and manage the onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from candidate to team member.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules, documentation, system access, and training requirements.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees understand company policies, expectations, and culture.
  • Partner with managers to ensure successful integration of new hires during their first 90 days.
  • Gather onboarding feedback and continuously improve the employee onboarding experience.


HR Operations & People Management
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave records, and employee compliance with company policies.
  • Address basic employee relations and day-to-day HR concerns.
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Assist leadership in implementing HR processes and organizational improvements.
  • Ensure HR records remain organized, accurate, and up to date.


Offboarding & Employee Transitions
  • Manage employee offboarding processes professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and collect employee feedback.
  • Ensure company assets, system access, and documentation are properly managed during employee exits.
  • Maintain accurate records related to employee transitions.
  • Identify trends and insights from employee departures and provide recommendations to leadership.


Requirements Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes independently.
  • Proven success recruiting for digital marketing, creative, technical, sales, and operational roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines proactively.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate-closing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and sense of ownership.
