Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment function and drive talent acquisition initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale recruitment, workforce planning, employer branding, campus hiring programs, talent pipeline development, and recruitment process optimization. This role requires a proactive leader who can attract top talent, build strong talent pipelines, and enhance the organization's employer brand while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans and workforce requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Design and implement recruitment frameworks, policies, and best practices.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to support business expansion and operational requirements.

Recruitment Operations & High-Volume Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for operational, technical, and corporate functions.
  • Manage large-scale and high-volume hiring projects while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
  • Ensure timely closure of critical positions to support organizational objectives.
  • Drive recruitment process improvements and hiring efficiency initiatives.

Campus Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build strategic partnerships with leading universities and educational institutions.
  • Design and manage campus hiring programs, graduate trainee programs, and internship initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, university events, and recruitment forums.
  • Develop long-term talent pipelines through university engagement and networking programs.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to enhance employer visibility.
  • Manage recruitment marketing campaigns, social media recruitment activities, and talent attraction initiatives.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize ATS platforms and recruitment technologies to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and provide talent market intelligence.
  • Analyze recruitment funnel performance, sourcing effectiveness, hiring metrics, and recruitment trends.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA (HRM) or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Excellence, Employer Branding, HR Analytics, or related fields will be highly preferred.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 8 years of dedicated experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale hiring projects and recruitment operations.
  • Experience in Engineering, Construction, Technology, Telecom, Manufacturing, or Large Corporate Organizations will be preferred.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Gender Preference: Open to All Candidates

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
