Talent Acquisition Manager

DAMAC Group is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Dubai. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and attract top talent across multiple functions and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Conduct market mapping and executive search for key positions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Use recruitment metrics and market insights to drive hiring excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience , including global hiring.
• Proven experience recruiting across corporate functions and leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and talent mapping expertise.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
