Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in hiring white-collar professionals across Industrial and Real Estate industries in the UAE.

Key Requirement:

• Proven recruitment experience in the UAE
• Strong background in hiring white-collar professionals, including Engineers, Project Managers, Designers, Estimators, Commercial, Finance, HR, Sales, and other corporate roles
• Experience recruiting for Industrial Sectors
• Solid understanding of the UAE job market and talent sourcing strategies
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and headhunting techniques
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitmen
