Louis Vuitton's Client Services Center in Irving, Texas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts and support talent initiatives.

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager manages all recruitment for their assigned population from start to finish. This is a highly visible, critical role within the team. The role is focused on Talent Acquisition, but can include exposure to responsibilities of Talent Development, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness over time. In addition to managing full cycle recruitment and onboarding for all permanent and temporary positions in our Client Services division, across all departments, this position will also help support centralized talent acquisition initiatives and other talent projects.

This role partners closely with leaders at all levels to select and hire top talent, from assessing a role and building a job description to sourcing, selection, offer, onboarding and orientation. The role includes external recruitment as well as placement of internal candidates from within Louis Vuitton and LVMH. This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders on all staffing and hiring matters and also manages the onboarding administration for internal and external new hires. The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager will also serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition community for Louis Vuitton Americas, participating in talent acquisition task force initiatives, supporting recruitment events and on-campus recruitment.

Job responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic recruitment background, ideally with experience in high volume and retail recruitment. This position requires both strategic consultative support to the business, as well as operational and administrative tasks, and allows for insight and relationship building across all levels with all of our population.

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Build strong relationships with Regional VP, Regional HR Director, hiring managers, internal and external candidates and HR team members while managing full cycle recruitment for permanent and non-permanent roles
  • Build proactive pipeline development strategies for future openings for all departments
  • Coach and educate hiring managers on effective interviewing and assessment and facilitate recruitment trainings
  • Manage networking and employee referral exploratory interviews and communication both with candidates and referrers
  • Champion employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment and networking events on behalf of the brand
  • Participate in or lead Talent Acquisition projects and participate in brand retail recruitment events when needed as part of TA team
  • Represent brand in LVMH HR group meetings related to recruitment and actively participate in retail recruitment networks

Recruitment Cycle Management

  • Manage full cycle hiring and onboarding for all positions
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout recruitment process
  • Identify and develop job descriptions for open positions in partnership with hiring managers and zone partners
  • Build recruitment strategy for all open positions and manage process fully in-house
  • Source, identify and interview candidates to ensure a match for business needs and culture
  • Coordinate background checks for applicants and manage interview scheduling
  • Prepare compensation proposal requests and negotiate employment offers
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding process and assist, where applicable, with onboarding and induction
  • Respond to all hiring inquiries to positively represent our brand
