Talent Acquisition Manager — Drytis, Inc.

Location: Remote (Dominican Republic-Based)

About Drytis

Drytis is an AI-powered development platform that combines intelligent automation with real human expertise to help individuals and businesses build software faster and more efficiently. By blending advanced AI capabilities with on-demand engineering support, Drytis simplifies complex development workflows and helps users turn ideas into fully functional, production-ready products.

Rather than forcing users to assemble fragmented tools and disconnected teams, Drytis is building a more integrated environment for software creation. The platform is designed to bring together AI-assisted development, engineering support, execution workflows, and product delivery into a faster, more scalable way to build software.

Drytis is still early enough that the right leaders will shape what the company becomes. This role is for someone who wants real responsibility inside a high-velocity startup environment and is excited by the challenge of helping turn a powerful product into a more refined, reliable, enterprise-grade platform.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager based in the Dominican Republic to own our US engineering hiring from end to end. You'll source, engage, and close top-tier software engineers and technical talent across the United States — fully remotely, with the autonomy to build and run the process your way.

This is not a traditional recruiting role. You'll use AI tools to source smarter, screen faster, and hire better. If you're the type of recruiter who's already using AI to outperform everyone around you, we want to talk.

What You'll Own

  • Full-cycle recruiting for US-based engineering roles including Software Engineers, CS Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and Product-adjacent technical roles
  • Designing and executing AI-driven sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and US-specific platforms (Indeed, Dice, Wellfound, etc.)
  • Building and maintaining high-quality active and passive candidate pipelines
  • Conducting professional screening and structured interviews, representing Drytis with clarity and conviction
  • Managing candidates from first contact through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Partnering directly with leadership to forecast and prioritize hiring needs
  • Negotiating offers and closing candidates in the competitive US engineering market
  • Tracking and reporting hiring metrics — time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate, and retention
  • Continuously improving the hiring process through AI adoption and feedback loops

Who You Are

Required:

  • 3+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, with proven success hiring technical or engineering roles
  • Deep familiarity with the US engineering talent market — you understand compensation benchmarks, candidate expectations, and what makes US engineers say yes
  • Strong English communication skills — written and verbal at a professional level
  • Highly proficient with AI tools and actively integrates them into sourcing and screening workflows
  • Experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
  • Self-directed and disciplined — you thrive without micromanagement
  • High emotional intelligence and strong candidate experience instincts

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience recruiting specifically for US-based startups or AI/tech companies
  • Hands-on experience using AI for resume screening, outreach personalization, or pipeline management
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Dice, or Greenhouse
  • Bachelor's degree or HR/recruiting certifications
  • Experience working across time zones with US-based stakeholders

Compensation & Structure

  • Base: USD $800/month
  • Commission: USD $25 per successful hire
  • You are always paid whichever is higher — your base is your floor, not a cap. If your commissions exceed $500 in a given month, you keep the higher amount. There is no ceiling.
  • Performance bonuses available for exceptional output
  • Flexible remote schedule — work from the Dominican Republic, coordinate with US time zones
  • Earnings grow as your placements scale

Why This Role Is Different

Most recruiting jobs in the DR have you filling the same generic roles for companies that don't involve you in the real work. Here, you'll be recruiting for an AI company that's actively changing how software gets built — working directly with a US-based founder, hiring the engineers who build the product. You'll have direct access to leadership, real ownership over the hiring function, and earnings tied to your results. If you perform, you grow.
