· Coordinate under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruitment Manager with department heads and BU GMs’ for Job Openings/Requirements and pursue accordingly to:
· Screen/review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates.
· Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
· Coordinate pre-employment tests/questionaries’ and conduct applicant preliminary interviews (in person and/or on the phone).
· Present fully screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
· Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results.
· Complete a minimum of two (2) reference checks on selected candidates. Complete a background check as requested.
· Coordinate with Department Heads and BU GMs’ to draft and finalize job descriptions.
· Manage offer process and negotiate compensation package including salary, start date and allowances. Prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature by hiring manager, candidate and others as appropriate.
· Coordinate all on-boarding processes of all new employees, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place; Prepare the documents and coordinate with Typists and Visa Section that visas are processed, paperwork is completed, health insurance card under process, orientation program completed, inductions coordinated in order to enable new starters to effectively carry out their role from day 1 of their employment.
· Advise employees on appropriate HR policies & procedures; and to address any concerns they have, i.e. payroll & banking issues, assisting them where appropriate in resolving their concerns quickly & efficiently in order to maintain good levels of morale & reduce the risk of further complaints.
· Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly.
· Coordinate with Recruitment Agencies, review contracts, Prepare Demand Letters for Agencies that provide us Outsourced Manpower.
· Coordinate with travel agent for flight tickets and hotel bookings.
· Issue monthly recruitment expense memos.
· Maintain files and other information under strict confidentiality of all new joiners.
· Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruitment Manager in the preparation of periodic reports as required.
· Maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
