- Execute targeted sourcing strategies for specialized construction roles.
- Utilize industry-specific platforms, databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct technical and cultural fit screening interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with Project Directors to finalize job specifications and technical requirements.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and prepare official offer letters.
- Ensure candidate compliance with local labor laws and professional certifications (e.g., SHAMSI, Gosi).
- Manage and evaluate external recruitment agency performance and SLAs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS (e.g., Mena, Oracle).
- Onboarding process.
- Dashboard and data analysis.
