Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA / MPA preferred)
- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with Software TimeTrax will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs
- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Support HR operations and other HR-related activities
