Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA / MPA preferred)
  • 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with Software TimeTrax will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews
  • Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
  • Support HR operations and other HR-related activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
