We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing HR team and take part in end-to-end recruitment , hiring top talent across local and international markets .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end hiring)
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
• Conduct HR interviews and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to close vacancies efficiently
• Support local and overseas hiring activities
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
• Participate in career fairs and employer branding activities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Fluent in Arabic with good English communication
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
