Talent Acquisition Officer – Job Description

Typical responsibilities include:

Posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms

Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals

Screening CVs and shortlisting applicants

Conducting initial interviews and assessments

Coordinating interviews with department managers

Managing candidate communication and follow-ups

Preparing offer letters and onboarding documents

Maintaining recruitment databases and HR records

Supporting employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Ensuring hiring processes follow company policies

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
