Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office, specialist, and managerial-level positions across assigned departments and business units.

Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements, role objectives, technical competencies, and candidate profile expectations.

Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct headhunting.

Proactively identify and approach passive candidates for critical, niche, and managerial-level vacancies.

Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ experience, technical suitability, leadership capabilities, cultural fit, communication skills, and career motivation.

Prepare qualified shortlists and present candidate profiles to hiring managers with clear assessment summaries and recommendations.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, department heads, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders, ensuring a professional and efficient candidate experience.

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback, status updates, offer discussions, and pre-employment requirements.

Coordinate with Compensation and Benefits to confirm salary ranges, internal equity, benefits, approved budgets, and offer packages.

Prepare salary proposals and employment offers in line with company policies, approved grades, market competitiveness, and management approvals.

Conduct reference checks, employment verification, and other pre-employment assessments as required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system, recruitment tracker, and other relevant HR systems.

Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, risks, and required actions.

Work closely with onboarding, Government Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth joining and employee readiness.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information, salary details, organizational changes, and senior-management vacancies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sourcing.

Experience in hiring for multiple functions and levels; GCC or regional exposure is a must.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
