Talent Acquisition Officer – Blue Collar Workforce (Transportation Division)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer – Blue Collar Workforce to join our growing transportation company in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in recruiting truck drivers and managing blue-collar hiring within a transportation or logistics company in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of truck drivers (Heavy & Light Vehicle Drivers).
• Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct interviews, license verification, and background checks.
• Coordinate with operations for manpower planning and driver deployment.
• Handle visa processing documentation and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring database.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Manage driver documentation (Emirates ID, license validity, medical, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in blue-collar recruitment.
• Must have experience in hiring truck drivers within a transportation company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE driving license categories and regulations.
• Good understanding of UAE labor law and visa process.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
