JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Officer (Tagalog Speaker) with 2+ years of core recruitment experience in the U.A.E., preferably within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar (engineering, professional, and administrative roles) and blue-collar (site workforce, operators, technicians, and labor roles) positions. Fluency in Tagalog is essential to effectively communicate with a large segment of the workforce.
This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, bulk hiring experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and project timelines
Manage full-cycle recruitment for white and blue-collar roles
Handle bulk hiring requirements for project-based recruitment
Draft and publish job advertisements across job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, direct sourcing, and networking
Screen CVs, conduct interviews (including in Tagalog when required), and shortlist candidates
Coordinate technical, trade tests, and final interviews
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentation
Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates
Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely hiring closures
Ensure compliance with U.A.E. labor regulations and internal recruitment policies
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience in the U.A.E., preferably within construction
Proven experience hiring both white and blue-collar roles
Fluency in Tagalog and English (mandatory)
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri Gulf, and other recruitment platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
