About the role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who blends hands-on recruiting with hiring design and enablement. You will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, driving outbound headhunting, designing hiring flows (that others automate), enabling hiring managers to use tools and processes effectively, creating innovative assessments, and partnering with Marketing to bring Bayzat’s EVP and brand to life. This is a role for someone who is both a recruiter and a creative builder — candidate-facing and business-facing, with the ability to connect people, systems, and brand.

Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
Recruitment & Outbound Headhunting
  • Own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Tech, and Support Services.
  • Build proactive pipelines and longlists for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, events, referrals, communities). Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
Hiring Flow Design
  • Design and document hiring flows (stages, manager actions, candidate touchpoints)
  • Partner with Recruitment Ops, Tech, and ATS teams to scale and automate flows.
  • Pilot, test, refine, and drive adoption across hiring teams.
Hiring Manager Enablement
  • Run intake meetings and create actionable hiring plans.
  • Train and coach hiring managers on structured interviews, scorecards, and ATS workflows.
  • Hold managers accountable for timely feedback and process adherence.
Assessments & Creativity
  • Design case studies, simulations, technical challenges, and roleplays.
  • Facilitate assessment centers or group evaluations when needed.
  • Refine assessments to measure skills, creativity, problem-solving, and cultural alignment.
Employer Branding & EVP
  • Coordinate with Marketing on recruitment campaigns, EVP initiatives, and content.
  • Contribute ideas for careers page, videos, social posts, and referral campaigns.
  • Ensure candidate touchpoints reflect Bayzat’s principles and culture.
Automation & AI Partnership
  • Identify where automation/AI can improve sourcing, assessment, or scheduling.
  • Partner with Recruitment Ops to roll out and scale automated workflows.
  • Ensure hiring managers adopt workflows consistently.
What you will need to have:
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven success sourcing and closing candidates, including outbound/headhunting.
  • Experience designing assessments or facilitating assessment centers.
  • Strong communication and training skills with credibility in front of managers.
  • Creative, resourceful, and hands-on in solving hiring challenges.
  • Curiosity and comfort working with ATS, automation, and AI tools.
Nice to Have
  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, tech, or insurance industries.
  • Prior exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing.
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing and calibration
