Hours/Schedule : Part-time- 20-25 hours a week

Rate : $50-$60/hour


Job Description : Looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles. This individual will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong recruiting fundamentals and is confident managing the process independently while collaborating closely with leadership for strategic direction and alignment.


Responsibilities :

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process (intake through offer and onboarding)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and search strategies
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong alignment with role and culture
  • Manage interview coordination and candidate experience with a high level of professionalism
  • Drive offer development and negotiation in partnership with leadership
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within the ATS (SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
  • Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
  • Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume, or growth-oriented environment
  • Experience independently managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership while collaborating effectively with leadership
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and owns outcomes
  • Comfortable operating with guidance but not requiring day-to-day direction
  • A solutions-oriented recruiter who balances speed with quality
  • A strong communicator who builds trust with hiring managers and candidates
