Talent Acquisition Partner – F&B

Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Partner – F&B plays a critical role in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across the restaurant operations portfolio and is responsible for managing the full hiring lifecycle while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and strong stakeholder partnership in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the COO and Operations Management to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies mainly for restaurant operations (including Front of House, Back of House, Restaurant Management, and Culinary teams).

• Sourcing and attracting high-calibre hospitality talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and industry referral maps.

• Conducting structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' operational capability, hospitality mindset, experience, and cultural fit in collaboration with the hiring manager and ensuring that we are assessing candidates depending on their role.

• Managing the end-to-end hiring process from initial outreach through offer negotiation and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding specialist providing a great candidate experience. • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, anticipating seasonal restaurant staffing fluctuations and new outlet openings.

• Ensuring a professional, fast, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Staying informed on restaurant industry hiring trends, competitor talent movements, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment approaches.

• Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill for restaurant roles, sourcing channel ROI, and operations turnover trends) to assess sourcing effectiveness and drive process improvements.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between restaurant revenue/business objectives and talent acquisition efforts.

• Driving international recruitment campaigns and implementing diversity hiring strategies to build high-performing, multicultural restaurant and culinary teams.


Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong track record of successful sourcing and hiring, specifically within food & beverage (F&B), casual/fine dining, or restaurant groups.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with on the-floor restaurant operations managers, stakeholders, and candidates.

• In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools and channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and hospitality-focused recruitment networks.

• Experience using an ATS and strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-volume operational vacancies simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring performance.

• Passion for hospitality, restaurant culture, and building high-performing operations teams.
