Job Description – Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location: Sector 90, Noida
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday–Saturday)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Schedule and manage interviews and follow-ups.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and share recruitment MIS and reports on a regular basis.
  • Support employer branding and hiring campaigns when required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week from office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
