Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through channels such as social media management, job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or iCIMS.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques and employment law knowledge to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct research on industry trends and talent markets to identify potential candidate pools; lead generation and talent management are key components of your role.
- Maintain strong relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners to support succession planning and employee relations initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics within HRIS platforms such as Workday or PeopleSoft to optimize sourcing efforts and improve overall hiring efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate expectations and employer branding efforts.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms including Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday; experience with HRIS systems like SAP or ADP is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across diverse jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability in social media management for talent acquisition purposes; experience with platforms such as LinkedIn or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Ability to conduct thorough interviewing sessions while assessing candidate fit through research and relationship management techniques.
- Well-versed in HR functions including employee orientation, contracts management, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives.
