Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings and recruitment tools
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
