Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive full-cycle recruitment across both retail and corporate functions for Watches of Switzerland Group. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and delivering high-quality talent while ensuring an exceptional, brand-aligned candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and brings a passion for luxury service, talent storytelling, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities

Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify top-tier talent for both retail and corporate openings

Conduct effective candidate screenings and interviews aligned with brand standards and role requirements

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop recruiting strategies

Coordinate and manage interview processes across retail and corporate teams

Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects luxury service standards from first contact through offer and onboarding

Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating the organization’s values, culture, and career opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership

Act as a liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the hiring cycle

Track and report on recruiting activity, market trends, and pipeline updates

Drive proactive sourcing initiatives, including talent mapping, local market engagement, and networking events

Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data and other reporting tools with accuracy and consistency

Support recruiting projects and initiatives aligned with business growth and workforce planning

Business-related travel when necessary (less than 10%)

All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Knowledge And Skills Required
Education
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience

1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role

Experience supporting both retail and corporate hiring preferred

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)

Experience coordinating interviews in both virtual and in-person formats

Exposure to luxury retail or high-touch customer-facing environments is a plus
