Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team and support our expanding workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions within the construction industry.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Build strong relationships with universities, training centers, and recruitment partners to attract top talent.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in recruitment, preferably within the construction/engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of technical job roles in construction (Engineers, Supervisors, Draftsmen, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
