Cross Hiring Coordinator

The Cross Hiring Coordinator will be responsible for managing the procurement, allocation, and coordination of plant equipment across projects. The role ensures optimal utilization of hired machinery, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-hiring of plant and equipment across multiple projects to ensure availability where required.
  • Liaise with external vendors, rental agencies, and internal project teams to manage plant hire requirements.
  • Monitor and track equipment availability, usage, and return schedules to optimize resource utilization.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on plant hire costs, utilization, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and contractual agreements for all hired equipment.
  • Assist in procurement processes for plant and equipment rentals, including quotations, approvals, and contract management.
  • Resolve operational issues related to equipment hire promptly and efficiently.
  • Support budgeting and cost control initiatives related to plant hire.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in plant hire coordination, equipment rental, or construction operations.
  • Familiarity with cross-hiring practices and vendor management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
